This was written when I was still in Ateneo, before coming to Japan.

She is currently an Assistant Instructor in the Department of Electronics, Computer, and Communications Engineering under the School of Science and Engineering in the Ateneo de Manila University. She enjoys student consultations and faculty meetings. She tries hard to keep the department’s computer laboratory well-equipped for students’ convenient use. She also gets very excited in all sorts of projects. As of now, she’s focused on a group (a large group, actually) of students working on applications of accelerometers for biomedical engineering, which everybody dubs as the “Wii Group”. You know what that means. You’ll see more in videos that she’ll upload later. She will also embark into another year of SWEEP Awards endeavor. She hopes to share her wild and crazy ideas (although not as crazy as Sir Greg’s) with students and co-teachers alike through venues such as undergrad thesis and SWEEP Awards.

She now plans to start her new hobby of making jewelry out of beads and Swarovski crystals. She also dreams of learning how to play the violin, although knowing how to play the rock version of Canon in an electric guitar will go first. She usually names her stuffs: Lappy (Compaq laptop), Peng (Nokia phone), Shawn Cubix (Cube MP3 player), Cammy (a Canon Powershot Digital Camera), Cackt (a bonsai cactus), Compy (actually, this is Mao’s PC), etc. She’s fond of watching anime and reading manga. Currently, she’s watching Claymore, Bleach fillers, Naruto Shippuden, Seto no Hanayome, and Zero no Tsukaima Season II. She’s waiting for the new season of Heroes (the only other American series she watches, the other is CSI). She stopped reading Harry Potter at the middle of book 5. According to her, “it’s dark. Very dark.”

She thinks this is becoming like her biography already.

So that’s it for now.
