Why Not?

Perhaps I have been too complacent to take risks recently. I have missed at least two opportunities while telling myself, “well, there’s still next year” or “I’m too busy to deal with that” and so on… But come to think of it, I wasn’t always like this. Somehow, I used to live by the pressure—killing deadlines, staying awake for days, living like a zombie for the sake of achieving ’something’. All of which, maybe, I grew tired of. But I don’t want to make the same mistake of ‘wanting to be a normal student’ again. It’s just not the mission. The mission is to be different. The mission is to make ‘the difference’.

So, I am trying to make up with those missed chances by leaping into two seemingly impossible endeavors, of which I am encouraging myself with the following words, “There’s nothing to lose in applying. But not doing anything is a loss in itself.” Yes. It’s time to move towards that direction now. It’s time to look out of the box, while staying in the box. Why, the things we see outside the box make us push the boundaries of the box, hence allowing us to ‘DO and BE’. Looking out might probably inspire me to work harder while I am inside.

Hahaha!!! Why not, chocnut? :-P

To end, let me share this photo I’ve seen in Facebook.
(Quoting Barney: Possimpoble. Making the impossible possible.)
